All faculty and students are requested to enhance awareness and promote key precautions regarding such activities.

- This notice is issued in accordance with the Taoyuan City Government’s letter No. 1140198771, dated July 18, 2025.
- During the summer break, many private organizations offer various types of camps. To ensure the safety and rights of students during these activities, faculty and students are advised to:
- Carefully choose legally registered and certified organizers.
- Review the contract terms and the organizer’s commitment to fulfilling their responsibilities.
- Pay attention to the organizer’s safety measures and emergency response plans.
- Conduct risk assessments.
- Promote basic knowledge on safety and emergency rescue measures for outdoor activities, especially those in mountainous or coastal areas, to students and their parents.
