1. Eligible Applicants and Award Categories:
(1) Scholarships / Awards:
Presidential Education Award: NT$15,000.
No limit on the number of applicants.
Eligibility: Children of new immigrants.
Special Talent Award: NT$5,000–10,000.
No limit on the number of applicants.
Eligibility: Children of new immigrants.
Outstanding Scholarship: NT$7,000–12,000.
One candidate may be recommended for every 30 applicants.
Eligibility: New immigrants and children of new immigrants.
Financial Hardship Assistance Grant: NT$8,000–12,000.
One candidate may be recommended for every 30 applicants.
Eligibility: New immigrants and children of new immigrants.
(2) Professional Certification Incentive Grant:
NT$3,000–50,000.
Applicants may apply once per year and may only select one occupational category and one certification level.
Eligibility: New immigrants.

2. Application Period:
Online application system: February 24, 2026 (ROC Year 115) to March 16, 2026
Deadline for submission of hard-copy application materials: March 30, 2026
