【Life Guidance Section】“Taiwan Fund for Children and Families (TFCF) – ‘Resilient Generation’ Scholarship Program for the Second Semester of the 2025 Academic Year”

II. Application Period
From now until March 13, 2026.
III. Eligibility and Requirements
Applicants must meet all of the following seven criteria in order to apply for this scholarship:
Age:
Applicants must be citizens of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and under 25 years of age.
Educational Status:
Applicants must be enrolled in MOE-accredited public or private
senior high schools (including vocational schools), junior colleges (five-year programs), universities, or master’s programs.
Students from military or police academies, as well as in-service bachelor’s or graduate programs, are not eligible.
Academic Performance:
Applicants must have achieved an average academic score of 75 or above in the first semester of the 2025 academic year.
Financial Aid Restriction:
Applicants must not be current recipients of financial assistance from the Taiwan Fund for Children and Families (TFCF).
Family Income:
The household is not listed as a government-certified low-income household in 2026; and
The total household income in 2024 did not exceed NTD 1,200,000, and when evenly divided among family members, the monthly per capita income is below NTD 20,000.
Special Family Circumstances:
The primary breadwinner of the family has passed away, suffered a serious illness or injury, become unemployed, been incarcerated, or is otherwise unable to work, resulting in financial hardship; or
The family has experienced other major unforeseen circumstances that have led to financial difficulty and hardship in continuing education.
“Resilient Generation” Spirit:
Applicants have actively participated in public service, academic or professional skill certifications, or talent competitions, and can provide relevant supporting documents; or
Applicants have special physical or psychological conditions but continue to pursue their studies with determination and can provide relevant supporting documents.
IV. Scholarship Amount
Undergraduate Program: NTD 20,000 per semester.
Master’s Program: NTD 20,000 per semester.
V. Application Method
Applicants shall prepare all required application documents and mail them to the TFCF Service Center corresponding to their registered household address.
