【announcements】Regulations for student dormitory roommate selection procedures of Academic year 107

1. Important Notice: Once completing the roommate selection procedures, students must check the status in the portal to ensure the grouping is complete. If students find out that the grouping has failed after the period for roommate selection, students are responsible for the outcome as no action will be taken to address the error.

2. Roommate Selection Date: May 21th--31th, 2018.

3. Requirements: Undergraduates who have paid NT$2,000 deposit (Foreign students who are still living in the dormitory in the next semester with stipend on accommodation fee and local students who are under special care are the exempted from the requirements.)

4. Procedures: Logon to yzu portal → Accommodation Application → Roommate Selection → follow the instructions given.

5. 2~4 students are needed for roommate selection. Students are allowed to choose their own bed-spot, and SHSS will allocate the room.

6. Students who do not form their own roommate will be allocated by SHSS, and any objections will not be entertained.

7. Student’s bed-space will be announced on June 15th ,2018 by SHSS. Student cannot request for changing bed-space once the announcement is made.
