Housing Waiting List and Important Notes for the 114-2 Semester
I. Check-in Details
Dates: February 22–23, 2026 (2 days) (Waitlisted students)
Check-in Hours: 09:00–17:00
Students who fail to complete the check-in procedures by 17:00 on February 23, 2026 will be deemed to have forfeited their bed assignment. Please be sure to complete the check-in process within the designated time to avoid affecting your housing rights.
II. Important Notes for Check-in
A. Dormitory Check-in Procedure
When checking in to the dormitory, residents are required to bring relevant identification documents (e.g., student ID card).
Residents must download, print, and sign the hard copy of the Yuan Ze University Student Housing Agreement. The completed and signed document should be submitted to the dormitory management center (1F, Dorm 2) at the time of check-in.
B. Room and Bed Number Confirmation
Please confirm your assigned room and bed number prior to check-in (refer to Appendix 1).
C. Dormitory Regulations
During your stay, please strictly comply with the Yuan Ze University Student Dormitory Management Rules:
