★ Apply for Class Counseling:
1. At the beginning of each semester, an invitation email with an application form will be sent to all faculty and staff. Once your application is confirmed, our assigned contact person will reach out via email or phone to discuss the lecture details.
2. We will notify and confirm the final topic and details at least one week in advance. Instructors are kindly requested to remind students to attend the lecture through class announcements.
3. Our team will coordinate with the speaker and send representatives to handle on-site setup. Feedback questionnaires will be distributed at the end of the session to improve our services.
