📌 Announcement on the Application for Competition Subsidies
I. Application Period
The application period shall commence from the date of issuance of this announcement and conclude on May 29, 2026 (Friday).
II. Application Process
Applicants shall complete and submit the application form, competition registration form, competition regulations, and a copy of the competition work or photographic documentation of the competition outcomes. Applications shall be subject to a preliminary review by the applicant’s department and a secondary review by the respective college. Upon approval, all application materials shall be forwarded to the Student Assistance Division, Office of Life Guidance Sectionn, for record and further processing.
III. Items Eligible for Subsidy
Eligible subsidy items include registration fees, transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, material costs, and meal expenses.
IV. Priority Criteria
Priority shall be accorded to applicants participating in domestic or international academic competitions related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Sustainable Development. When submitting recommendations, colleges shall specify whether the competition is AI-related.
