Stay Active, Stay Injury-Free! Essential Sports Protection Skills Every College Student Should Know

Do you enjoy playing sports, working out at the gym, running, or participating in other physical activities?

Exercise is an excellent way to improve health and fitness. However, without proper knowledge and injury prevention techniques, it is easy to experience sprains, strains, muscle soreness, or even long-term sports injuries that may affect your academic performance and quality of life.

To help students develop proper sports safety awareness, the Health Services Section, Office of Student Affairs has invited a professional physical therapist to lead a practical seminar on sports injury prevention. Participants will learn about common sports injuries, effective prevention strategies, and appropriate injury management techniques to help make exercise safer, healthier, and more efficient.
