Subject: Air-conditioner maintenance in student dormitories

Place: Whole Student Dormitory Area
Scheduled construction period:
Male & Female 2 Dorm: 06/19 - 07/9
Male 1 Dorm: 07/10 - 08/10
Female 2 Dorm: 08/11 - 08/31
Descriptions:
1.Repairman will enter the student bedrooms during the constructions period so please bring all your personal valuable stuffs with you or lock them in the closet.
2.Please clean all stuffs on the floor (the aisle in the middle and under the windows) to avoid affecting the construction.
3.Please pay attention to the workers during the construction, remember to lock the door when leaving.
4.If the replacement has not been done after the scheduled date, the workers will continue to work on the next day. Please pay attention to it. Thank you!
5.Any damage due to individual’s failure to comply with the regulations will not be compensated.
6.Sorry for the inconvenience!
主旨：學生宿舍冷氣保養

男女二舍：6/19-7/9
男一舍： 7/10-8/10
女一舍： 8/11-8/31
說明：
1.施工期間將進出寢室內部，個人貴重物品請隨身攜帶或放進衣櫃鎖起。
2.請各位同學將地面物品清空（床組中間走道、窗戶下方），避免影響工程施作。
3.請同學留意施工人員進出，離開寢室時，房門務必上鎖。
4.若超過預定日期尚未施作，廠商將於隔天繼續施作，請同學仍須注意，謝謝！
5.若因個人未依規定而造成汙損，不負賠償責任。
6.造成不便，敬請見諒！
