Summer Dormitory Bed Relocation Notice
Description:
To accommodate dormitory renovation and maintenance projects during the summer break, some rooms and bed spaces will be reassigned and relocated. To ensure the smooth progress of the project and maintain a safe living environment, students listed on the relocation roster are required to complete the bed relocation process within the designated timeframe.
Relocation Procedure:
Starting from 4:00 PM on June 30, students should first visit the Dormitory Management Center to collect the key to their new bed space and sign the yellow registration form for the new bed assignment. After moving all personal belongings to the new bed space, students must return to the Dormitory Management Center and request a staff member to inspect their previous room and bed space. Once the inspection is completed, students should return the old key and sign out of the yellow registration form for their previous bed assignment.
Important Notes:
- The bed relocation list and relocation schedule will be announced separately.
- Students must complete the relocation of their personal belongings within the specified period.
- Please ensure that all personal belongings are properly packed and secured during the relocation process. Students are responsible for safeguarding their valuables.
- Do not change bed assignments without prior approval, as this may affect dormitory management and project progress.
- If you encounter any special circumstances or difficulties, please contact the Dormitory Management Center in advance.
