Lately, it’s been hard—thank you for hanging in there.
Step into A Haven for Emotions, a quiet space to slow down and breathe.
Here you’ll find a Quiet Corner, a Tree Hollow Mailbox, a Wish Tree, and healing books—
a place where emotions are gently held and softly settled.

Periods: October 12-16, 2026
Venue: Library New Titles Area
How to Participate:

  • Quiet Corner: Pause for a moment. Scan the QR code and follow the audio guide for a 5–10 minute breathing exercise. Let your mind drift, and your heart breathe gently.
  • Tree Hollow Mailbox: A warm and safe anonymous space where you can write down worries or thoughts you find hard to say aloud and drop them into the mailbox. It’s a space to let your emotions be expressed and released. You may also leave a message of kindness for the next visitor.
  • Wish Tree: A tree that grows with you. Pick a card filled with encouragement and blessings, bringing you comfort and support.
  • Book Exhibition (A Forest Bath of Books): Let your emotions find a place in these books. Discover healing titles that resonate with your inner world—perhaps even a sentence that feels written just for you.
  • Mental Health Resource Station is designed to lower the barriers to seeking professional help, making support more accessible.
