為了讓生活區美食街及樂學廣場美食街攤商能提供同學們用餐時更適切的服務，宿服組將於5/9~5/16進行106學年第二學期滿意度問卷調查。
問卷調查重點有：各攤商之服務態度、品質衛生、價格、健康飲食及整體滿意度。
凡參加問卷就有機會得到現金500元等獎項共計26名，以電腦隨機抽出，中獎名單另行公告，歡迎同學踴躍上網填寫問卷。
中獎獎項：現金500元 1名，現金200元 20名，現金100元5名。

Hello, Everyone,
To provide a better service of our food courts, from May. 5 to May. 16,
We are going to have a Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire of 2018 summer semester.
The content of our questionnaire includes services, food quality and hygiene, price, healthiness and overall satisfaction.
Participants will have a chance to win NT$500 in cash! We provide 26 awards for participants randomly selected by computer.
The name list of the winners will be announced later.
