學生參加校外學術競賽補助
Student Participation in Off-Campus Academic Competitions Subsidy

一、本校為鼓勵學生參加校外學術競賽，藉以發揮自我潛能，提昇學生宏觀特質。補助參加競賽活動相關之報名費、交通費、材料費及膳食費，以茲鼓勵。
To encourage students to participate in off-campus academic competitions and unleash their potential, enhancing their overall qualities, the university provides subsidies for related registration fees, transportation expenses, materials, and meal costs incurred during competition activities.

二、申請日期：於114/09/08-11/07。
Application date: 114/09/08-11/07.

三、申請程序:

• 申請人須繳交申請表、競賽報名表、競賽辦法、競賽作品影本或作品成果照片，或其他佐證資料。
• 凡實際參與競賽者即可提出申請，無須以獲獎為要件。
• 如已確認將參與競賽，可於競賽舉行前先行提出申請，無須待競賽結束後辦理。
• 申請資料經系所初審及學院複審通過後，須於規定申請期限內送達學務處生輔組。

Application Procedure:

• Applicants must submit the application form, competition registration form, competition guidelines, copies of competition works or photos of work results, or other supporting documents.
• Students who participate in a competition are eligible to apply; winning an award is not required.
• If participation in the competition has been confirmed, applications may be submitted before the competition takes place; it is not necessary to wait until the competition has concluded.
• All application materials will be reviewed by the department and college, and must be submitted to the Student Assistance Division, Office of Student Affairs, within the designated application period.
