為減輕住宿生搬宿負擔，並考量南部、東部地區及離島學生攜帶大型行李返家不便，宿舍服務組將針對已取得115學年度住宿資格之學生提供暑假行李寄放服務，相關事項說明如下：
📌 可寄放物品大小及數量
- 每位同學可使用之寄放空間為：長50cm × 深90cm × 高50cm
- 於該空間範圍內最多可寄放3件行李。
- 所有寄放物品皆須裝箱。
📌 申請時間｜即日起至 06/12 止
📌 申請方式｜填寫 Google 表單（連結）
📌 行李寄放時間｜06/24－06/25 18:00－20:30
📌 行李領取時間｜09/05－09/06 09:00－20:00
📌 寄放對象｜已取得115學年度住宿資格之學生
⚠️ 注意事項
- 若申請人數超過行李房可容納總數，將依戶籍地址由遠至近排序錄取。
- 請同學於寄放行李時，務必清楚標示姓名、學號及聯絡方式，以利後續辨識與領取。
- 貴重物品、易碎物品及違禁品請勿寄放；如有遺失或損壞，宿舍服務組恕不負保管責任。
- 暑假期間不開放返舍取物，請同學於寄放前先確認所需物品是否已自行攜帶。
- 請同學務必依規定時間完成領取，逾期未領取之行李，將依相關規定處理。
To reduce the burden of moving out and to assist students from Southern Taiwan, Eastern Taiwan, and offshore islands who may have difficulty bringing large luggage back home, the Student Housing Service Section will provide a summer luggage storage service for students who have obtained dormitory eligibility for AY115. Details are as follows:
📌 Luggage Size and Quantity Limit
- Each student is allowed a storage space of:50 cm (L) × 90 cm (D) × 50 cm (H)
- A maximum of 3 pieces of luggage may be stored within this space limit.
- All stored items must be packed in boxes.

⚠️ Notes
1. If the number of applicants exceeds the storage room capacity, priority will be given based on the distance of the student’s registered residence (from farthest to nearest).
2. Students must clearly label their luggage with their name, student ID number, and contact information for identification and collection purposes.
3. Valuables, fragile items, and prohibited items are not allowed for storage. The Student Housing Service Section will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
4. Access to retrieve stored items during the summer break will not be permitted. Please make sure to bring all necessary belongings before storage.
5. Students must collect their luggage within the designated period. Any unclaimed luggage after the deadline will be handled according to relevant regulations.
