【宿服組公告】115學年學生宿舍第三次候補（人工登記）作業

  1. 申請資格：在學且尚未取得115學期住宿資格者（含新生/復學生）
  2. 申請方式：登入Google線上填寫表單→「元智大學學生宿舍115學年第三次候補（人工登記）作業」
  3. 申請時間：2026年08月21日 00:00 – 08月24日 23：59
  4. 補宿原則：與之前的任何籤號及候補序無關，有床位釋出，即依據元智大學學生宿舍管理規則第七條規定「依個人Portal戶籍地離校由遠至近次第安排」辦理，額滿為止。
  5. 公告及遞補通知方式：統一於「元智首頁→行政單位→學務處→宿服組最新公告」發布公告，後依學生元智Outlook E-mail信箱轉寄公告資訊，請務必留意相關網址及Email信箱，以免錯失。
  6. 床位分配方式：由宿服組分配。
  7. 公告遞補者後續配合事項：
    遞補錄取者須依屆時公告內容及時間前往Portal線上填寫住宿申請切結書方正式取得115學年兩學期住宿資格。若沒有在期限內完成，則視同放棄，當事人不得異議及要求任何補救措施。此次遞補錄取者住宿保證金及住宿費將并入注冊單繳費。
    • 住宿申請切結書：請至Portal->住宿申請填寫。
    • 住宿保證金：將并入注冊單繳費
  8. 欲取消申請(登記)者，請務必撥打(03)463-8800分機2867告知宿服組，以免補宿後產生住宿費及保證金爭議。
  9. 為確保公平性，床位申請辦理期間不接受戶籍變更。如有戶籍遷移，變更後需滿６個月方可視為有效。
  10. 學校保留因應緊急事故調用學生宿舍寢室及床位之權利，請妥慎考慮後再登記候補。
  1. Eligibility: Current students (including returning students) who have not yet obtained dormitory accommodation for the 2026–2027 Academic Year (Academic Year 115).
  2. Application Method: Please complete the online Google Form → YZU Student Dormitory – Third-Round Waiting List Registration for Academic Year 115 (Manual Registration)
  3. Application Period: August 21, 2026, 00:00 – August 24, 2026, 23:59
  4. Waiting List Allocation Principle: This round of registration is independent of any previous lottery numbers or waiting list rankings. When vacancies become available, beds will be allocated in accordance with Article 7 of the Yuan Ze University Student Dormitory Management Regulations, based on the distance between each applicant’s registered household address in the Portal system and the University, from farthest to nearest, until all available beds are filled.
  5. Announcement and Admission Notification: All announcements will be published on Yuan Ze University Homepage → Administrative Units → Office of Student Affairs → Student Housing Service Section → Latest Announcements. Relevant announcement information will also be sent to students’ YZU Outlook email accounts. Please check the website and your YZU email account regularly to avoid missing important information.
  6. Room/Bed Assignment: All room and bed assignments will be arranged by the Student Housing Service Section.
  7. Requirements for Students Admitted from the Waiting List: Students admitted from the waiting list must complete the online Dormitory Application Agreement through the Portal system within the period specified in the admission announcement in order to officially obtain dormitory accommodation for both semesters of Academic Year 115. Failure to complete the required procedure within the specified deadline will be regarded as a voluntary forfeiture of dormitory accommodation. No appeals or requests for exceptions or remedial measures will be accepted.
    1. Dormitory Application Agreement: Please complete it via Portal → Dormitory Application.
    2. Dormitory Deposit and Accommodation Fee: Both will be included in the student’s tuition and fees payment notice.
  8. Cancellation of Waiting List Registration: Students who wish to cancel their registration must contact the Student Housing Service Section at (03) 463-8800 ext. 2867. Please make sure to notify us to avoid any disputes regarding dormitory fees or deposits after a bed has been assigned.
  9. Household Registration Address: To ensure fairness, changes to household registration addresses will not be accepted during the dormitory application process. If a student has changed their household registration address, the new address must have been registered for at least six months before it will be considered valid for dormitory allocation purposes.
  10. The University reserves the right to reassign or use student dormitory rooms and beds in response to emergencies. Please carefully consider your accommodation needs before registering for the waiting list.
