1. One semester before the course starts, the course can only start after the reviewed by Tier III Curriculum Committee meeting.

1. The teacher shall complete the self-assessment at the end of the semester according to the“Self-assessment and Evaluation Form”, and attach supporting materials.

2. The curriculum committee of the course unit shall complete the evaluation in the next semester according to the“Self-assessment and Evaluation Form”, and then submit it to the curriculum committee meeting of the college and the university for deliberation.

Portal:

Teachers are requested to use the Portal Virtual Classroom’s textbook/ learning discussion/ grades/ student and assistants/ absenteeism/ flipped classroom/ platform homework announcement, submission, automatic reminder/ textbook statistics, login discussion, homework record and statistics/ add homework function, peer review, student homework mutual review and other functions, so that the virtual classroom system can retain records for members to enter the virtual classroom of the school to view and review.

 

Teams:

1.  The videos recorded during the class will be stored in the conversation, and students can click to watch and download them. The film will be automatically saved in OneDrive. Please refer to the official Microsoft document→record the meeting in Teams. The recorded video materials shall be kept for at least five years as the review materials for the Ministry of Education to evaluate the implementation effect of distance learning or receive interviews.

2.  Please remind students not to delete the interaction records in the posting area for the members’ review.
