為提供學生更全面的學習成就紀錄與佐證，本校自113年11月13日起，正式啟用「多元成就證書」登錄系統。此系統不僅優化以往的五育成績單、提升操作便利性，其產出之電子證書也提升永續環保性。新系統記錄學術成就、國際移動力、多元表現、社會參與、專業證照及領導統御等六大成就，並將使學習成果更系統化，支持未來的升學、求職及各類獎勵申請。自113學年起學生各項學習成就，請登錄於「多元成就證書」系統， 112學年以前的各項學習紀錄，仍可登錄於五育成績單。五育成績單系統將自117學年度起關閉停用。
多元成就證書登錄系統優勢：
- 彈性紀錄方式：可透過相關校務系統自動匯入、由業管單位彙整或學生自行輸入等方式進行紀錄，並由相關單位提供認證。
- 校長簽署與線上下載：透過校長簽署認證的電子證書，不僅提升成就證明的價值，並提供可永久保存的PDF檔案下載。
- 學生自主掌控：學生可主動紀錄各項事蹟，規劃學習主題，並靈活展示個人的學習成就。

Dear Professors, colleagues and students,
In order to provide students with a more comprehensive record of their learning achievements and supporting evidence, Yuan Ze University has officially launched the " Certificate of Diverse Achievements " registration system, effective from November 13, 2024. This new system not only optimizes the previous Five-categorical Studies Transcript, improving operational convenience, but also produces electronic certificates that enhance sustainability and environmental protection.
The system tracks six major categories of achievements: Academic Competence, Global Competence, Driverse Performance , Social Competence, Professional Competence, and Leadership Competence. This will help organize and present learning outcomes systematically, supporting students' future endeavors such as applications for further studies, job opportunities, and various awards.
From the 113th academic year onward, students' achievements will be recorded in the " Certificate of Diverse Achievements " system. For learning records prior to the 112th academic year, these can still be logged in the Five-categorical Studies Transcript. Please note that the Five-categorical Studies Transcript system will be deactivated starting from the 117th academic year.
Advantages of the " Certificate of Diverse Achievements " Login System:
Flexible Recording Methods: Achievements can be automatically imported through the relevant school administration system, compiled by the management unit, or manually input by the students themselves, with authentication provided by the relevant department.
President’s Signature and Online Download: The electronic certificate, certified with the president’s signature, enhances the value of the achievement record. Additionally, a PDF version of the certificate is available for download and permanent storage.
Student Autonomous Control: Students have the autonomy to record their achievements, plan their learning objectives, and showcase their personal accomplishments in a flexible manner.
