Application flow

1. Student should resume study immediately before deadline. If fail to reinstate, please provide documents to apply for extension of prior leave by yourself or an agent. (Student who taking military service only give army camp by FAX, please write department, number and resumption date.)YZU Application for Suspension of Schooling can download in internal, student who apply for suspension before semester to begin, pay all required fees and complete procedures as stipulated in the registration notice and refund percent by application date.(notice).

2. YZU Application for Resumption of Studies forms to the Department Chair and Life Counseling Section authorized. Once obtaining the approval, applications shall be sent to Registration Section of Office of Academic Affairs. Student must choose which kind of best for you in Criteria for Recognition of the List of Courses for Graduation Students shall select courses after semester begin.. If you don’t choose, it will select Based on the course list of the year the applicant admitted.

3. Student who applies for admission deferral, tuition discount (Exempts the miscellaneous school fees) and accommodation, please handle reinstatement known the rule and schedule.

4. Students suffering from serious illness and are unable to return to the university after the end of a two-year suspension may apply for an extension for a term of one year.

5. The student has applied for withdrawal from the university; please send to Student Status Termination Form or FAX. given a disciplinary dismissal. After resumption do not complete the withdrawal procedures at school. It will not give any their study in the university documents.Please take student ID card and Student Status Termination Form to complete the withdrawal procedures at school if you not finish it .Student Status Termination Form can download in internet.
