主旨：學生宿舍春季入住境外生及研究生續住或放棄申請作業事項
說明：
一、本申請相關住宿起訖時間：112學年第二學期～113學年第一學期。
二、續住申請資格：
1. 於春季（111學年第二學期）入住宿舍的同學。
2. 無宿舍違規記點者。
3. 無拖欠住宿相關費用者。
三、申請時間：2023/12/1起至2023/12/29止。
四、繳交資料：元智大學住宿申請切結書，請於2023/12/29 17:00前繳交至宿服組辦公室（男一舍１樓Ｃ區）
五、住宿相關費用繳交：續住生之保證金毋需重新繳納，住宿費則併入下學期註冊單中，進住前請務必完成繳費事宜。
六、床位安排：以原床位為原則，如有特殊狀況，將另行調整。如欲自(重)組室友，請於2023/12/29 16:00前到宿服組辦理，並於2024/1/15前完成移宿。
七、112-1住宿截止日期：大學部2024/1/13止；研究生2024/1/31止。
八、112-2如欲放棄住宿，請填妥「放棄床位切結書」於2023/12/29 17:00前繳交至宿服組辦公室，並於住宿截止日前完成退宿。

1. Accommodation period: from the beginning of the first semester of 112 school year (112-2 semester) to the end of the second semester of 113 school year (113-1 semester).
2. Renewal eligibility：
- Foreign students who live in the dormitory from 111-2 semester.
- Students with no dormitory violations and point deduction.
- Students who have not paid or are in arrears with accommodation related fees are not allowed to apply.
3. Application time: From 10:00, 2023/12/1 until 17:00, 2023/12/29.
4.Submission details: Please submit the“Yuan Ze University Accommodation Consent Form” to the Student Housing Service Office (Male dorm, 1st floor, Area C) before 17:00 am, 2023/12/29.
5. Payment of accommodation-related fees: Renewal students do not need to repay the deposit, and the accommodation fee will be included into the registration fee of the next semester. Please be sure to complete the payment before moving in.
6. Bed arrangement: For renewal students, you will be assigned with your original bed. If you want to choose the bed by yourself or change bed, please contact Ms. Su at the Student Housing Service Section.
7. Deadline for check-out of this semester: 2024/1/13 for Undergraduate students, 2024/1/31 for Graduate students.
8. If you wish to give up accommodation for 112-2 semester, please fill in the "YZU Student Affidavit for Renouncing Campus Accommodation due to Specified Reason" and submit it to the Student Housing Service Office before 12/29, and complete the check-out before the check-out deadline for this semester.
