主旨：九十九學年度第二學期學生轉系時程及相關事項，請查照。

說明：

一、申請日期：100年3月23日(星期三)起至4月8日(星期五)止。

二、學校推薦、四技二專推薦甄選入學者，自入學第二學年起得提出轉系申請，經教務會議通過者，不在此限。

三、保送升學之離島地區學生不得申請轉系，惟情況特殊報經原保送之地方政府同意者不在此限。

四、大一學生申請轉系第一志願填寫同類組者，在原系當學年上下二學期之學業平均成績皆需達到60分以上，否則取消該生轉系資格。

五、依前項規定大一學生上學期學業平均成績未達60分者，第一志願請勿再填同類組學系，否則取消轉系資格。

Subject：Department transfer schedule and information for students in spring semester, 2011.

Content：

1. Application date: Begin from March 23^rd (Wed.) and ends on April 8^th (Fri.).

2. Individuals who enrolled by school recommendation or screening test and enrollment application will not be restricted if they have submitted department transfer application from the second semester after registration and approved by the academic affairs council.

3. Without permission from the original local government, off-shore island students who enrolled by recommendation are not allowed to apply for department transfer.

4. For freshmen wishing to transfer to the department in the same field shall have the average score among all subjects in that academic year reaches 60 at least, or he/she will immediately be unqualified.

5. Only if freshmen’s average score last semester reaches 60 are they allowed to transfer to the department in the same field.
