If I have questions about my semester grades, who should I contact for assistance?
You can inquire with the course instructor or have the department secretary handle it on behalf of the department offering the course. If the instructor believes that a correction in the grades is necessary, then please have the instructor submit a grade correction request to the academic affairs office.
After the end of the semester, when can I apply for the transcript and ranking?
Once the course instructors have submitted the semester grades, you can apply for the transcript (without ranking).
As the submission times for inter-school course grades vary, if you need a transcript with rankings, you must wait until after the completion of the grade processing (approximately the first day of the next semester) to make the request.
For graduating students from the previous semester (those who applied for early graduation), applying for the cumulative transcript will only display historical rankings without the graduation ranking. If you need a transcript with graduation ranking, you must wait until after the completion of the next semester's grade processing to make the request.
How to apply for transcripts?
You can apply at the Registration Section(Room 1209, 2nd floor, Building 1) during service hours.
For the automatic printing of the transcript within the school, there is a self-service printer available in front of the room 1201A on the 2nd floor of Building 1.
If applying by registered mail, please enclose copies of two valid identification documents (such as ID card, health insurance card, or driver's license), a registered return envelope, and the required fee (equivalent to postage stamps). For further details, please refer to " Directions of Postal Application Documents ".
If a certain subject is failed in the first year, but a high score is achieved upon retaking the course, which score will be considered for graduation?
The grades of the subjects that classmates have taken will be recorded on the transcript, and they will be included in both semester and graduation grades. However, only the credits from the passed attempt will be counted.
What is the algorithm for calculating GPA on an English transcript?
The sum of the products of each course credit and its corresponding GPA, divided by the total accumulated credit hours.
