★★★Regarding the time and method of collecting certificates for graduates in Semester 2, 2025★★★
In response to the digital age, YZU has joined the Ministry of Education’s “National Digital Diploma Verification System for Higher Education Institutions” in the 2023 academic year. In the future, in addition to issuing hardcopy diplomas, digital diplomas will also be issued to the University’s graduating class students. After students receiving the hardcopy diploma, the University will send the digital diploma to students’ email address (s+ student

1. Process for undergraduate graduation and leaving the campus:
1.1 Check eligibility for graduation: Verify that the grades have been submitted to the Office of Academic Affairs (do not proceed if temporary grades are still pending).
1.2 Log in portal → Departure procedures → Graduation and leaving the campus: Confirm that all required tasks have been completed. Please refer to the instructions for initiating the graduation and leaving the campus process for graduates.

2.The process for graduate students leave the campus is as follows:
2-1 Check eligibility for graduation: Confirm that the thesis grades have been submitted to the Office of Academic Affairs.

3. How to collect and other related matters:
3-1 For postgraduate students:
◆ When collecting the degree certificate, please bring your student ID card. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, their identity card must also be verified.
◆ Once the department staff has submitted the thesis score, postgraduate students qualified to graduation can collect the certificate at the Service Desk of Office of Academic Affairs 2 days later (For example, the score was submitted on July 8th, the certificate can be collected on July 10th).

3-2 For undergraduate students :
◆ For undergraduate students who have taken a "minor" or "double major" but do not meet the credit requirements, they must submit a request to withdraw their application at least one month before collecting the degree certificate.
