主旨:111學年度暑修課程選課時間公告。

說明:

一、111學年度暑期修課學分預約及繳費時間

第一期暑修課程學分預約及繳費時間:

請學生多加利用ATM轉帳(5/25~6/5),才可於選課開始5/29上午9:00,選到適合自己班別、時段。

修課學分預約、ATM 轉帳:112525(星期四)上午9:00~605(星期)下午15:30

現金繳款:112529(星期一)上午9:00~605(星期一)下午15:00

第二期暑修課程學分預約及繳費時間:

修課學分預約、ATM 轉帳:112710(星期一)上午9:00~713(星期)下午15:30

現金繳款:112710(星期一)上午9:00~713(星期四)下午15:00

學生跨系選修課程之收費標準依開課班級之收費標準收取

(依教育部台(九0)高(四)第九00三七一一四號函辦理)。

即若管理學院學生選修工程學院課程,應以工程學院學分費為繳納標準。

二、現金繳費地點:請於公告時間內至「總務處櫃台」。

總務處櫃臺收費時間(學期時間如下,暑假請依學校上班時間星期一至星期四辦理):

1.星期一至星期五上午 09:00 ~12:00

    下午 13:00 ~15:00

2.夜間不收費。

三、暑修課程選課時間及說明:

【暑修課】電腦選課時間:

第一期:112529(星期一)上午9:00~605(星期一)下午15:00

第一期確定開課課程,公告日期630日起,退選不退費。

第二期:112710(星期一)上午9:00~713(星期四)下午15:00

第二期確定開課課程,公告日期719日起,退選不退費。

五、課程公佈時間及選課步驟:

1.課程公布時間預計5月22日陸續更新至6月16日

2.暑修選課路徑:元智大學首頁→選課系統

3.暑修選課步驟:預約學分數→查詢轉帳帳號→ATM轉帳→確認轉入金額→選課

※暑修預約學分數路徑:個人portal→教學務→選課系統→暑修(加選學分、繳費單)

4.大學部、研究所先修課選課步驟:請依本校1121學期選課時間表第一、二階段選課時程進行選課。

1. Pre-selection Summer Courses & Payment Period:

Pre-selection Summer Course-Phase I Payment Period:

Pre-selection & ATM transfer: 2023/05/25 (Thu.) 9:00 a.m.-6/05 (Mon.) 3:30 p.m.

Cash payment: 2023/5/29(Mon.) 9:00 a.m.-6/05(Mon.) 3:00 p.m.

Pre-selection Summer Course-Phase II Payment Period:

Pre-selection & ATM transfer: 2023/7/10 (Mon.) 9:00 a.m.-7/13(Thu.) 3:30 p.m.

Cash payment: 2023/7/10 (Mon.) 9:00 a.m.-7/13(Thu.) 3:00 p.m.

The fees for students taking cross-department elective courses shall be charged according to the fees for the classes offered (handled in accordance with the Ministry of Education Letter No.90037114). That is, if students from the College of Management choose to take course from College of Engineering, the payment standard should be the credit fee from the College of Engineering.

2. Cash payment venue: Please approach service desk of Office of General Affairs in the regulated time.

1.      Regular Semester: Mon- Fri 9:00a.m.~12:00p.m./1:00 p.m. ~3:00 p.m.

2.      Break Term: Please refer to the announcement of office hours in summer session.

3.      Please process the payment in the daytime.

3. Course Selection Period for Summer Courses and Prerequisite Courses:

(Prerequisite course in Summer Session) Please follow the Summer Course Selection Schedule.  If students cannot select course via on-line Course Selection System, please sign-up the course directly in the in charge units. (Prerequisite course in Summer Session is not open for Inter-University Course-Select Program)

(Summer Courses) Online Course Selection Period:

Phase I: 2023/5/29(Mon.) 9:00 a.m.-6/05(Mon.) 3:00 p.m.

Announcement of Course list of Summer Courses Phase I.  Refund application for summer course is prohibited.

Summer Course Schedule announcement date: Phase I: 6/30. While the course list is announced, refund application for summer course is   prohibited.

Phase II: 2023/7/10 (Mon.) 9:00 a.m.-7/13(Thu.) 3:00 p.m

Announcement of Course list of Summer Courses Phase II.  Refund application for summer course is prohibited.

Summer Course Schedule announcement date: Phase II: 7/19. While the course list is announced, refund application for summer course is prohibited.
