English 主旨：公告學生申請逕修讀114學年度博士學位Announcement for Direct Pursuit of Ph.D. Degree application in Academic Year 2024-2025
說明：
一、元智大學學生申請逕修讀博士學位條件：
1.大學部應屆畢業生或修讀碩士班一學期以上之研究生，成績優異且具有研究潛力，符合各系(所)規定之標準。
2.須有原就讀或相關系、所副教授以上兩人之推薦。
二、申請期限：113年10月16日至113年10月30日
三、申請手續：
請填妥申請書，連同教授推薦書、學士班或碩士班歷年成績單(附排名)，送經擬就讀系（所、院、學位學程）務會議通過後，附該系（所、院、學位學程）會議記錄，再送教務處
彙辦。
四、碩士生入學第一學期不得提出申請。
五、經核准逕修讀博士學位之學生，自核准之次學期起，修讀課程、成績考查及修業年限等，悉比照博士班當年新生辦理。
六、經核准逕修讀博士學位之學士班學生，就讀前未取得學士學位，將取消逕修讀博士學位資格。
七、 各系(所、院、學位學程)逕修讀博士學位名額，應包含於當學年度教育部核定學校招生總量內。以該系(所、院、學位學程)當年度教育部核定博士班招生名額百分之四十為限，其

Announcement for Direct Pursuit of Ph.D. Degree application in Academic Year 2024-2025

- Undergraduate students with exemplary academic performance and potential for research who are in their final year of study as well as master’s students who have been enrolled in a graduate program for at least one semester may apply for direct admission into a doctoral program on condition that they have received the recommendation of two associate or full professors in their current department (institute, college, degree program), the consent of the department meeting (institute, college, degree program) to which they are applying, and the approval of the president of the university.
- Students applying for direct admission into a doctoral program shall turn in the following documentation together with the application form to the department (institute, college, degree program) to which they are applying.
3-1.Application form for direct admission into a doctoral program.
3-2. Overall transcript of the bachelor or master program (including the accumulative ranking).
3-3. Two recommendation letters from an associate or full professor.
3-4. All other documents required by the department (institute, college, degree program) to which they are applying.
- Graduate students shall not file the application during their first semester of study.
- Undergraduate students in their final year of study whose application for direct admission into a doctoral program has been accepted must obtain their bachelor’s degree before enrolling in the doctoral program; those who fail to do so shall have their admission cancelled.
- The quota for doctoral studies in each department (institute, school, degree program) should be included in the total school enrollment approved by the Ministry of Education in the current academic year. It is limited to 40% of the doctoral program enrollment quota approved by the Ministry of Education for the current year of the department (institute, school, degree program). For the remaining detailed regulations, please refer to the "Yuan Ze University Regulations for Direct Admission into Doctoral Program".
