主旨：公告114學年度英語學士班學生轉系時程及相關事項。
說明：
一、申請日期：114年5月19日(星期一)起至5月26日(星期一)止。
二、適用對象：
(一)英語學士班學生申請轉入所屬學院各學系。
(二)同一學院學生申請轉入英語學士班。
上述不含管理學院大學部及管理學院英語專班。
三、英語學士班學生申請轉入所屬學院其他學系，申請以一次為限。
四、轉系（因學系要求或個人自願降轉）核定為降轉者，依規定其修業年限至少須修至大四下學期才可畢業。另符合成績優異學生提前畢業實施辦法規定者，可提出申請提前一學期畢業。
五、轉系標準由各學系自訂，請參閱大學部轉系審查標準表或至所屬學院各學系洽詢。

Notice: Procedures for students of International Bachelor applying for Change of Major of 114 School Year (2025)
I. Application period: Form Monday, May.19th to Monday, May. 26th, 2025
II. Applicable objects:
(1) Students of International Bachelor applying for changing major into Departments of the same College.
(2) Students of the same College applying for changing major into International Bachelor.
* not applicable for English Bachelor of Business Administration College of Management
III. For students of International Bachelor applying for changing major into Departments of the same College, no application shall be submitted more than once.
IV. Change of major (due to departmental requirements or voluntary demotion) approved as demoted students ,must according to regulations, complete their studies until at least the second semester of their senior year before graduation. Additionally, students who meet the criteria for excellent academic performance and are eligible for early graduation may apply to graduate one semester ahead, as stipulated by the regulations on early graduation implementation.
V. Students applying for change of major shall satisfy rules and meet requirements of the accepting department/program. Please see the following link for reference: YZU Criteria for Reviewing Applications for Change of Major大學部轉系審查標準表
VI. Application procedure:
Fill-in the application form→ get signature from the person in charge of change-major affairs of the current department → get approval from the chairman of the current department → submit to Registration Section of Office of Academic Affairs
