一、114-1學期研究生學位考試線上申請時程

1.申請期間:依行事曆規定 自114年9月8日起~114年10月31日止。

2.撤銷期限:115年1月15日止。

 

二、學位考試線上申請系統登錄路徑：

1.學生申請:元智首頁>Portal > 學習檔案>學位論文。使用說明

2.系所承辦人審核: 元智首頁>Portal>行政事務>秘書代工>學位考試。 使用說明

3.指導教授審核: 元智首頁>Portal>教學檔案>學位考試。使用說明

4.該系統網頁中附操作說明提供參考。

三、研究生電子論文系統：

1.上傳日期：114/9/9起~115/2/2止。

2.務必於115/2/2前上傳完成(逾期視同下學期畢業)。

Online Application for Graduate Degree Qualifying Examination of Fall 2025

Notifications:

1.

  •  Application Period: From September 8, 2025 to October 31, 2025 (in accordance with the academic calendar).
  •  Withdrawal Deadline: Until January 15, 2026.

2. On-line application system:

(1) Filing an application: YZU homepage> Portal > Learning Portfolio >Graduation Degree Qualifying Examination。Instructions

(2) Verification process of the Department: YZU homepage>Portal>Administrative Affair> Secretary> Graduation Degree Qualifying Examination。Instructions

(3) Verification process by advisor: YZU homepage>Portal>Teaching file> Graduation Degree Qualifying Examination。Instructions

(4) Please refer to the system manuals online.

3. Electronic Theses and Dissertations:

(1) Upload theses or dissertations within the timeframe: From Sep.9 th,2025 to Feb.2th, 2026.

(2) Must be uploaded by Feb.2th, 2026. (students who pass the deadline are not eligible for Fall 2024 graduation and shall wait to apply for Spring 2024 graduation)
