主旨：公告105學年度學生轉系時程及相關事項。

說明：

一、申請日期：105年3月21日(星期一)起至3月31日(星期四)止。

二、學校推薦、四技二專推薦甄選入學者，自入學第二學年起得提出轉系申請，經教務會議通過者，不在此限。

三、保送升學之離島地區學生不得申請轉系，唯情況特殊報經原保送之地方政府同意者不再此限。

四、大一學生申請轉系第一志願填寫同類組者，在原系當學年上下二學期之學業平均成績皆需達到60分以上，否則取消該生轉系資格。

五、依前項規定大一學生上學期學業平均成績未達60分者，第一志願請勿再填同類組學系，否則取消轉系資格。

六、轉系標準請參閱大學部轉系審查標準表或至各學系洽詢。

Subject: Application period and notification for change of major in the 105 semester.

Content:

1. .Application period: 2016/3/21 (Mon.)-2016/3/31(Thu.)
   1. Students, who were admitted to the university through the recommendation or screening test, may apply for change of major in the second year of study with the approval of Academic Affairs Meeting.
   2. Students, who are from offshore islands andwere admitted to the university through the guaranteed admission process, apply for change of major MUST have the permission from the original local government or the application will be dismissed.
2. Freshmen apply for change of major in the same field MUST have the average score of 60 or above in the first academic year, or the application will be dismissed.
3. Freshmen whose average score in the first semester of the first academic year is lower than 60 are not allowed to apply for change of major in the same field.
