• 申請時間：自109.05.13起至109.05.22止。
• 申請路徑: 元智首頁→個人portal→學習檔案→輔系/雙主修申請
• 申請經核定通過者，須依各系108學年度應修科目表修習。
• 相關申請事項請參閱：元智首頁→學校行政業務→教務處→學生專區→雙主修/輔系相關規定
