  • 如您的戶籍地址變更，請提供身分證正反面掃描檔，並以電子郵件通知人事室承辦人，以便更新人事系統資料。
  • 如您的通訊地址或聯絡電話有變更，請以電子郵件通知人事室承辦人，以利更新人事系統資料。

  • If your registered household address has changed, please provide a scanned copy of both sides of your National ID and notify the Personnel Office via email to update your records.
  • If your mailing address or contact phone number has changed, please notify the Personnel Office via email so the system can be updated.
