Online Credit Transfer Application & Instructions

Second Semester of Academic Year 114

I. Application Period

From February 2, 2026 to March 2, 2026
(The system will be closed after the deadline. Late applications will not be accepted.)

II. Credit Transfer Guidelines

(1) Review of Credit Transfer Applications

1.      General Education Courses: Reviewed by the Center for General Education, International Language Center, Physical Education Office, and Office of Student Affairs.

2.      Professional Courses: Reviewed by the respective departments.

(2) Eligibility and Special Notes

1.      This application applies to students admitted in Academic Year 114 (including undergraduate students, graduate students, and transfer students).
Courses not applied for credit transfer in the first semester of AY 114, or courses omitted in the first application, may be submitted again in the second semester of AY 114.
Reapplication is limited to one time only. Late submissions will not be accepted.

2.      Students who transferred departments in Academic Year 114 must submit a paper-based credit transfer application form.

3.      Service Learning courses must be applied for using a paper-based credit transfer application form, in accordance with the application schedule announced by the Office of Student Affairs.

(3) Applicable Curriculum and Reference Standards

1.      Transfer students admitted to the second year shall follow the Academic Year 113 curriculum;
transfer students admitted to the third year shall follow the Academic Year 112 curriculum;
newly admitted students shall follow the Academic Year 114 curriculum.

(5) Required Documents

1.      Students must submit one original copy of the academic transcript to
Registration Section, Office of Academic Affairs (Room R1209, 2nd Floor, Building 1).

2.      Original certificates for extension program credits must be submitted to the designated departmental officer for review.
