TW 2026 Summer Vacation Public Classrooms Reservation Application Instructions
Applications for summer vacation public classroom reservations will open soon. Reservation application instructions and related regulations are as follows:
- Reservation period and online reservation on Portal:
- Reservation period: June 30~September 6, 2026
- June 10, 2026 from 12:00 noon, for faculties and staffs.
- June 17, 2026 from 12:00 noon, for students and clubs.
- R1115 is still reserved as a self-study classroom and cannot be borrowed. (Self-study classroom opening hours: Monday to Saturday 08:10~21:30; Sunday 08:10~18:00.)
- Notes:
- Classroom power supply and e-desk are turned on by the automatic scheduling system. Please complete the online reservation application process in advance to avoid being unable to use them immediately due to temporary borrowing.
- Classrooms can be borrowed for up to 3 days a week.
- If the borrowed classroom is locked, please contact the staffs of the General Affairs Office during working hours (relevant information: General Affairs Office website →Contact Us); at night or on holidays, please contact the Campus Security Squad (#2270, #2271).
- In order to make full use of school facilities, please borrow classrooms according to actual needs; if there is any change in the borrowing date (time), please cancel as soon as possible or change the application online.
- When borrowing classrooms during events, compliance with the "Yuan Ze University Noise Control Method" is required to jointly maintain peace and campus order in the teaching and research areas.
- For any matters not covered herein, please refer to the relevant regulations of the "Yuan Ze University Regulations for Space/Venue Renting Managed by General Affair Office."
