Subject: Course Changes for Stage II Course Selection, Semester 1151 (Additions / Cancellations / Instructors Alteration / Class Timetable Alteration)

Details:

  1. Important Notes for Course Selection:
  2. The course change list for Stage II selection is now available on both the YZU Annoucement and the Office of Academic Affairs website. In case of any updates, the announcement on the Office of Academic Affairs website shall prevail.
    1. Schedule Adjustments: For courses with time changes (including required courses), the system will automatically delete the course at the old time and add it to the new time.
    2. Course Conflicts: If an automatically added course causes a time conflict, the Curriculum Section will notify the student via email. Students must drop one of the conflicting courses during this course selection period.
    3. Random Slot Release: During Stage II and Stage III course selection, if a student drops a course that has already reached its maximum capacity, the vacancy will not be released immediately. Instead, it will be released randomly after a certain period (e.g., 10 minutes or 1 hour).
