Procedures for newly admitted students/transferring students applying for on-line Course Credit Waiver for the 1st semester of 106 School Year

 

 

 

I. Application period: Aug.28th~Sep.15th, 2017 (Students must apply for it during the period; the on-line system will be closed afterwards.)

 

II. Notifications:

 

1.Verification of credit waiver:

 

(1)Common core courses: verified by College of General Studies, International Language and Culture Center, Military Office, Physical Education Office, Office of Student Affairs

 

(2)Required core courses: verified by Department of major

 

2. (1)Course credit waiver is applied to students admitted for 106 School Year, including   

 

undergraduate students, graduate students and transferring students. Students who didn’t

 

submit the application for credit waiver or who did submit the application but forgot to do so

 

for certain courses during the 1st semester shall apply for it during the 2nd semester. The

 

application shall be only submitted once by the deadline.

 

(2)Transferring students admitted for 106 School Year shall submit the application for credit waiver with a written application form.

 

3.Transferring students (2nd year student) are applied to the list of courses for 105 School Year. Transferring students (3rd year student) are applied to the list of courses for 104 School Year. Newly admitted students (whose student numbers beginning with 106) are applied to the list of courses for 106 School Year.

 

4.Application procedure:

(2)YZU → Administration → Office of Academic Affairs → Students’
