Online Application for Graduate Degree Qualifying Examination of Fall 2017

Notifications:

1. Beginning from the semester of Fall 2017, applications for graduate degree qualifying examination shall be filed online:

  (1) Application timeframe: Applications shall be filed to the department between Sep.14^th and Nov.3^rd, 2017 designated in the school calendar.

  (2) Cancellation deadline: Cancellations shall be made by Jan.12^th, 2018.

2. On-line application system:

(1) Filing an application: YZU homepage> Portal > Learning Portfolio>Graduation Degree Qualifying Examination。Instructions

  (2) Verification process of the Department: YZU homepage>Portal>Administrative Affair> Secretary> Graduation Degree Qualifying

  (3) Verification process by advisor: YZU homepage>Portal>Teaching file> Graduation Degree Qualifying Examination。Instructions

  (4) Please refer to the system manuals online.

3. Electronic Theses and Dissertations:

(1) Upload theses or dissertations within the timeframe: From Sep.11^th,2017 to Jan 31^st, 2018.

(2) Must be uploaded by Jan 31^st, 2018. (students who pass the deadline are not eligible for Fall 2017 graduation and shall wait to apply for Spring 2018 graduation)
