主旨：公告111學年度學生轉系時程及相關事項。

說明：

一、申請日期：111年3月14日(星期一)起至111年4月7日(星期四)止。

二、保送升學之離島地區學生不得申請轉系，唯情況特殊報經原保送之地方政府同意者不再此限。

三、大一學生填寫申請自由轉系第一志願且同類組者，於原系當學年上下二學期之學業平均成績皆需達到60分以上，

否則取消該生自由轉系資格。

四、依前項規定大一學生上學期學業平均成績未達60分者，第一志願請勿再填同類組學系，否則取消轉系資格。

五、應填表單:

另附個人歷年成績單

六、轉系標準請參閱大學部轉系審查標準表或至各學系洽詢。

Subject: Application period and notification for change of major in the 111 semester.

Content:

1.Application period: 2022/3/14 (Mon.)-2022/4/7(Thu.)

2.Students, who are from offshore islands and were admitted to the university through the guaranteed admission process,

apply for change of major MUST have the permission from the original local government or the application will be dismissed.

3.Freshmen apply for change of major in the same field MUST have the average score of 60 or above in the first academic year,

or the application will be dismissed.

4.Freshmen whose average score in the first semester of the first academic year is lower than 60 are not allowed

to apply for change of major in the same field.
