主旨：公告108學年度英語學士學位學程學生轉系時程及相關事項。
說明：
一、申請日期：108年5月24日(星期五)起至5月31日(星期五)止。
二、適用對象：
(一)英語學士學位學程學生申請轉入所屬學院各學系。
(二)同一學院學生申請轉入英語學士學位學程。
( 上述不含管理學院大學部及管理學院英語專班。)
三、英語學士學位學程學生申請轉入所屬學院其他學系，申請以一次為限。
四、轉系標準由各學系自訂，請參閱大學部轉系審查標準表或至所屬學院各學系洽詢。
五、申請表填寫流程：
學生填妥˃ 轉出學系經辦人簽章 ˃轉出學系主任簽章 ˃ 送教務處註冊組彙整
六、相關事項及表單請參閱：元智大學/學校行政業務/教務處/學籍相關/英語學士學位學程轉系申請

Notice: Procedures for students of International Bachelor Programs applying for Change of Major of 108 School Year (2019)
1.Application period: Form Friday, May 24th to Friday, May 31th, 2019
2.Applicable objects:
- Students of International Bachelor Programs applying for changing major into Departments of the same College.
- Students of the same College applying for changing major into International Bachelor Programs.
* not applicable for English Bachelor of Business Administration College of Management
3. For students of International Bachelor Programs applying for changing major into Departments of the same College, no application shall be submitted
more than once.
4.Students applying for change of major shall satisfy rules and meet requirements of the accepting department/program. Please see the following link for

5.Application procedure:
Fill-in the application form → get signature from the person in charge of change-major affairs of the current department → get approval from the chairman of the current department → submit to Registration Section of Office of Academic Affairs
