College of Management Faculty Recruitment

In the pursuit of academic excellence, the College of Management at Yuan Ze University is inviting applications for full-time faculty positions at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor level in the following areas.

Areas of Specialization

Faculty members will contribute to research and teaching across undergraduate, master's (MBA and MS), doctoral, and executive education programs. The College is committed to internationalization and diversity, and international applicants are especially encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a management-related field recognized by the Ministry of Education, Taiwan.
• Ability to teach courses in English.
• Strong publication record or demonstrated research potential.

1. Curriculum vitae and personal statement, including academic background, professional experience, expertise, and research interests.
2. Copy of the highest degree certificate.
   • Applicants with foreign degrees must provide a degree certificate verified by an ROC overseas representative office.
   • Current doctoral candidates should provide a statement from their academic advisor indicating the expected graduation date.
3. Graduate transcript (required for recent Ph.D. graduates only).
4. Copy of teaching certificate (if available).
5. Publication list and summary of research achievements.
6. Representative publications from the past five years.
7. Two letters of recommendation.
8. Any additional supporting documents.
