Information on Degree Certificate Collection Schedule and Related Procedures for Graduates of the Second Semester, Academic Year 2025–2026

Description:★★★The process and schedule for graduates to collect their degree certificates in the 114th academic year, second semester, are as follows★★★

n addition to the paper degree certificate, graduates of Academic Year 2025–2026 (AY 114) will also be issued a Digital Degree Certificate.

Within seven working days after collecting the paper degree certificate, the University will send the Digital Degree Certificate to the student's university email account (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).

Upon receiving the Digital Degree Certificate, graduates should upload it to the Ministry of Education's Digital Certificate Verification System (https://dcert.moe.gov.tw) for verification.

    ☆Undergraduate Graduation and Departure Procedures:

1.      Check if graduation requirements are met: Confirm that grades have been submitted to the Academic Affairs Office (do not proceed with temporary grades)

2.     Log in to personal portal→Leaving procedures→Graduation leaving: Confirm that the required tasks have been completed.

  1. Check if graduation requirements are met: Confirm that the thesis grade has been submitted to the Academic Affairs Office.

  3. Please submit 2 hard copies of the thesis, the "National Central Library Online Authorization Form" and the "Yuan Ze University Online Authorization Form" (please make sure to sign with a blue pen), and the approval document to the department office.

☆Notes to be aware of:

1. When collecting the diploma, please bring your student ID. If someone is entrusted to collect it on your behalf, the identity card of the entrusted person must also be verified.

2. Undergraduate students who have taken additional courses for a 'minor' or 'double major' but lack sufficient credits must submit a waiver application no later than one month before receiving their diploma.

Graduate students who pass the thesis oral defense must complete the "Online Filing of Graduate Full-Text Electronic Thesis" by July 31, 115. Late submissions will be considered as graduating in the next semester. Additionally, they must submit "at least 2 copies of the thesis (with watermark; the actual number of copies depends on departmental requirements)," "Authorization Form for Uploading Master's and Doctoral Theses to the National Central Library's Electronic Archive," and "Authorization Form for Uploading Master's and Doctoral Theses to Yuan Ze University's Electronic Archive" (original copies, signed in blue ink), along with the "Approval Form" to the departmental office. The departmental staff in charge must record the thesis grade. For detailed instructions on submitting the full-text electronic thesis, please refer to

2. Graduate students who meet the graduation requirements may collect their diploma at the Academic Affairs Office counter two days after the department staff submits the thesis grade. (For example: Grade submitted on 7/8, diploma available on 7/10).

4. If there are special reasons (such as taking national exams, serving in the military, studying abroad, etc.) that require early collection of the diploma, please bring the admission ticket or relevant proof documents to the registration office for processing the day after the teacher inputs the grades as per regulations.
5.Collection of Degree Certificates by Proxy

Degree certificates may be collected by an authorized representative. The representative must present the graduate’s student ID card or identification document, the representative’s identification document, and a completed Authorization Form for the Application of Yuan Ze University Certificates and Documents.
